Disclosed are an attaching and detaching apparatus for a lashing bridge and a container ship having the same. The attaching and detaching apparatus for a lashing bridge according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is to detachably mount a lashing bridge in an upper deck of the container ship, comprises: a detaching member which is formed in the lashing bridge; a mounting member which is formed in the upper deck and allows the detaching member to be mounted therein; and a fixing unit which detachably fixes the detaching member to the mounting member.
