According to an embodiment of the present invention, a temperature measurement device to calculate a surrounding temperature comprises: a heat source; an insulation layer arranged on an upper side of the heat source; a temperature measuring part which measures the temperature of a top and a bottom surface of the insulation layer; and a control part which calculates the surrounding temperature using a lookup table for convective heat transfer coefficient in accordance with the temperature of the top surface of the insulation layer, and a temperature difference between the top surface and the bottom surface of the insulation layer.
