The present invention relates to a turbo blower having a waterproof and damp-proof function, which does not require the addition of a pumping line and the manufacture of a blower room conventionally installed when the blower is installed indoors by enabling the outdoor installation thereof as the turbo blower has a waterproof structure, and prevents inner parts thereof from being corroded by water while providing dehumidified pumping air by installing various dehumidification parts inside the blower to provide a secure damp-proof function. The present invention comprises: a turbo blower which is installed inside a waterproof housing; a first dehumidification part which dehumidifies air sucked to the inside of the housing; a second dehumidification part which dehumidifies the air passing through the first dehumidification part before flowing into the turbo blower; a third dehumidification part which dehumidifies the air flowing to the turbo blower; and a controller which is cooled by the air flowing through the third dehumidification part. |
