The present invention relates to a mandolin slicer capable of uniform thickness control, which comprises: a cutting blade disposed around the middle; a julienne blade body secured at the rear of the cutting blade; a guiding board spaced apart in the front of the cutting blade and movably installed on the julienne blade body to guide a food article toward the cutting blade; a pair of pin array units which are disposed at each side of an underside of the guiding board and comprise a plurality of adjustment pins protruding from the underside, wherein the protrusion is adjustable in height in a gradual fashion; a support member extending from a lower side of the pair of pin array units to the julienne blade body; and a pair of thickness adjustment members installed at the left and right sides of the support member, wherein the vertical distance between the cutting blade and the guiding board is controlled by the adjustment pins selectively supporting the plurality of adjustment pins of each of the pin array units as the distance between the thickness adjustment members is adjusted to be identical to an interval between the adjustment pins. According to the present invention, the mandolin slicer capable of uniform thickness control allows the user to control the thickness of a food article to be sliced and easily slice the food article to a uniform thickness. |
