The present invention relates to new 2,4-dioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrothieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine-6- carboxamide-derivatives ("thienouracil"-carboxamides) to methods for the production thereof, to the use thereof alone or in combinations for treating and/or preventing diseases, and to the use thereof for producing medicaments for the treatment and/or prophylaxis of diseases, in particular for the treatment and/or prophylaxis of pulmonary and cardiovascular disorders.
