PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collyrium water solution which contains a PGF2α analog and does not contain a preservative substantially.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a collyrium water nature composition comprising a PGF2α analog to treat ocular hypertension and glaucoma, a method for treating ocular hypertension and glaucoma by administering the composition to a subject in need of the treatment of ocular hypertension and glaucoma, and a method for enhancing water solubility and stability of the PGF2α analog in an aqueous composition, and the aqueous composition essentially consists of polyethylene and is filled into a container produced by an extrusion blow molding method.SELECTED DRAWING: None
