PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traverse-opening type metal mold device in which positional displacement between an ejector guide and an ejector plate accompanied by the thermal expansion of a metal mold is cancelled.SOLUTION: A traverse-opening type metal mold device is constituted by arranging a floating mechanism between ejector guide pins 31 to 36 and an ejector plate 9. By this constitution, positional displacement between the ejector guide pins 31 to 36 and the ejector plate 9 resulting from positional displacement between a metal mold and the ejector plate 9 accompanied by the thermal expansion of the metal mold can be cancelled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
