PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire improved in rigidity with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire 2 comprises: a tread 4; a pair of side walls 6 that respectively extend approximately inward in a radial direction from ends of the tread 4; a pair of beads 10 positioned inside in a radial direction of the pair of side walls 6; a carcass 12 bridged across one bead 10 and the other bead 10 along the tread 4 and the insides of the side walls 6; and a belt 14 positioned inside in a radial direction of the tread 4 and laminated on outside in the radial direction of the carcass 12. The carcass 12 includes three carcass plies (30a, 32a and 32b) stacked between an outside end in a shaft direction of the belt 14 and the maximum width of the tire. In the stacked adjacent carcass plies (30a, 32a and 32b) cords are inclined in directions opposite to each other relative to a radial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
