PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a moisture meter measuring a moisture content of an object based on the impedance of the object to measure the moisture content of the deep part of the object.SOLUTION: A sensor assembly for sensing of a moisture content comprises a positive voltage electrode 223 and a negative voltage electrode 224, and measures an impedance in an object by adding an appointed voltage between the positive voltage electrode 223 and the negative voltage electrode 224. The sensor assembly has a first magnet which N pole contacts with the object and a second magnet which S pole contacts with the object, and magnetic line of force B from the N pole of the first magnet to the S pole of the second magnet goes through current I from the positive voltage electrode 223 to the negative voltage electrode 224 from the left. Because Lorentz force F heading for the deep part of the object works to the current thereby, the impedance of the deep part in the object becomes measurable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
