PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a polyimide film capable of producing the polyimide film having low elastic modulus with good productivity.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a polyimide film has a process of dissolving polyamide acid or polyimide having weight average molecular weight in a range of 30000 to 1000000 in a mixture solvent containing dichloromethane of 50 mass% or more to manufacture a dope, a process of flow casting the dope on a supporter to form flow cast film and a process of releasing the flow cast film from the supporter.SELECTED DRAWING: None
