PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alcohol carbonic acid beverage having both of liquor feeling (matured flavor, fermentation aroma and complicated taste) and fruit juice feeling (fresh feeling) and alcohol content of 1 to 10 v/v%, and an index for obtaining the alcohol carbonic acid beverage.SOLUTION: There is provided an alcohol carbonic acid beverage containing fruit juice, fruit wine and distilled alcoholic liquor obtained by distilling the fruit wine, the alcohol carbonic acid beverage contains higher alcohol with the content of 50 to 200 ppm and/or a carbonyl compound with the content of 0.1 to 300 ppm as total amount and the content of the fruit juice is 5 to 50 w/w%. There is provided the alcohol carbonic acid beverage having Brix of 5 to 20, total acid of 0.05 to 0.5 and pH of 2.5 to 4.0.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
