PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition and a motor protein device utilizing the composition capable of improving reaction efficiency and capable of efficiently synthesizing molecule transportation unit.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition binding an antibody with a rail protein, comprising an antibody binding protein binding to an antibody; one or two or more biotin binding proteins binding to antibody binding protein via biotin; one or two or more rail protein binding protein binding to the biotin binding protein via the biotin and selectively binding to the rail protein. In addition, there is provided a motor protein device comprising capturing region where a carrier molecule captures a target molecule utilizing antigen antibody reaction and an unloading region where the target molecule is unloaded from the carrier molecule utilizing chemical equilibrium.
