PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a logic circuit using a magnetic logic element.SOLUTION: The magnetic logic element of an embodiment includes a first conductive thin wire, a second conductive thin wire, and a third conductive thin wire electrically connecting the first conductive thin wire and the second conductive thin wire. Each of the first conductive thin wire, the second conductive thin wire and the third conductive thin wire is commonly provided with a laminate formed of a first non-magnetic metal layer and a second non-magnetic metal layer sandwiching a metal magnetic layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
