PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin molded product which solves the problem that there is no molded product, where a solid of a thermoplastic resin and an open-cell foam portion of the same thermoplastic resin are heat-sealed, but the molded product leads to a new epoch-making application of the thermoplastic resin.SOLUTION: There is provided a molded product of a thermoplastic resin in which a substance, obtained for an open-cell form portion of the thermoplastic resin by mixing a pulverized product obtained as a foaming agent by drying and solidifying water glass with a thermoplastic resin, and a solid portion of the thermoplastic resin that has been molded beforehand are sealed and heated in the same mold, a molded product having a mold shape is produced with such a pressure that the foaming agent expands, the water glass contained in the open-cell foam portion is removed, and a molded product having the open-cell foam portion of a single material of the thermoplastic resin is obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
