The present invention relates to an X-ray imaging device adjusting an irradiation range of a collimator unit without moving and transferring an X-ray source unit or an X-ray sensor unit so as to change and set an irradiation range during CT image photographing and an irradiation range during panoramic image photographing, thereby preventing deterioration of the X-ray sensor unit. To this end, the X-ray imaging device of the present invention comprises: an X-ray source unit; a collimator unit for adjusting an irradiation range of an X-ray to be irradiated in the X-ray source unit; and an X-ray sensor unit having a sensing surface divided into a first acquisition surface and a second acquisition surface, and detecting the X-ray having passed through the collimator unit, wherein the collimator unit is adjusted such that the whole surface of the first acquisition surface and the second acquisition surface is irradiated with X-rays during CT image photographing, and is configured such that at least a partial surface of the first acquisition surface during panoramic image photographing is irradiated with X-rays. |
