The invention relates to an apparatus and a method for processing flat baked intermediate products for manufacturing multilayer baked goods that are folded especially along one or more folding lines, said apparatus comprising a pressing device that has a pressing chamber between a punch and a die block, the intermediate product to be processed being arranged in the pressing chamber as needed; the distance of the punch from the die block can be varied in order to change the size of the pressing chamber and calibrate the intermediate product. |
