PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic rotary arc joining method which can suppress the occurrence of joining failure with a simple constitution, and a joining body in which the occurrence of joining failure is suppressed.SOLUTION: A joining body 10 includes a first metal tube 21, a second metal tube 22, and a joint portion (a section including joint interface 11) in which end faces of the first and second metal tubes are joined. In the joint portion, an outer peripheral bead portion protruding toward an outer peripheral side and an inner peripheral bead portion 13 protruding toward an inner peripheral side are formed. A difference between a width of the outer peripheral bead portion in a direction from the first metal tube 21 to the second metal tube 22 (a width L1 of a grinding portion 12), and a width L2 of the inner peripheral bead portion 13 is equal to or less than 40% of an average value of the width L1 of the outer peripheral bead portion and the width L2 of the inner peripheral bead portion 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
