PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition which is effective in the treatment of cell-mediated immunity diseases, such as atopic dermatitis or delayed type allergy disease, inhibits transfer of dendritic cells to a regional lymph node and inhibits the activation of T cells in the regional lymph node.SOLUTION: The invention provides a pharmaceutical composition containing as an active ingredient a Sema 3A neutralizing antibody which inhibits the binding between neuropilin-1/plexin-A1 hetero receptor and Sema 3A. The neutralizing antibody is a polyclonal antibody which binds to the 363-381 sequence of a specific peptide sequence.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
