PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate and exchange information for coverage optimization in wireless networks such as a self-optimizing network (SON) applying a coverage and capacity optimization (CCO) algorithm, and make a distributed coverage easier than a centralized coverage.SOLUTION: A communication is established with at least one external entity, and a coverage-related measurement result is received from the at least one external entity (user device or base station).
