A negative pressure adjusting device connected with a ureter sheath, comprising a sealing connector (9) connected with the end of the ureter sheath (7); the interior of the sealing connector (9) is hollow and a hollow cavity (5) is formed therein; a connecting port (1) communicated with the ureter sheath (7), a negative pressure access port (2) connected with a negative pressure suction device (6), an ureteroscope body access port (3) allowing an ureteroscope (8) to penetrate therein, and an air intake (41) provided with an air intake adjusting valve (4) are arranged on the sealing connector (9); the air intake adjusting valve (4) adjusts the negative pressure inside the hollow cavity (5) by changing the size of an airflow channel between the hollow cavity (5) and atmosphere; a sealing cover is arranged at the ureteroscope body access port (3), and an elastic sealing hole (33) mated with a tubular outer wall of the ureteroscope (8) in a sealing mode is arranged on the sealing cover; so that liquid injected into a renal collecting system via the ureteroscope (8) can be rapidly sucked out, the pressure of the renal collecting system is effectively controlled, harms to the patient caused by high pressure of the renal collecting system are avoided, and meanwhile, calculus powder and disintegrated calculus generated during operation can be rapidly sucked out, which makes operative field clearer, improves operation efficiency, brings shorter operation time, and improves operation safety remarkably. |
