The invention relates to a product that acts as an alternative to the consumption of fat, refined sugar and food based on same, that has high energy density and low nutritional density. The product, which can have different appearances, taking the form of a creamy spread, a dessert, or a sauce, has a largely oleic fat content, and an omega 6 and 3 ratio of between 1:1 and 1:4, containing sources of natural sugars with a glycemic index below 80, and vegetable thickening agents and sources of dietary fibre, all in a single phase. |
