PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LC parallel resonance element having a high Q value using a laminate body.SOLUTION: A planar conductor 21 is formed on a base material layer 101, and planar conductors 22 and 23 are formed on base material layers 102 and 103, respectively. The planar conductor 21 and 23 are formed on substantially whole area of the base material layers 101 and 103. The planar conductor 22 is formed substantially over the whole length of the base material layer 102 in a second direction, and is formed in a first direction so as to be spaced from one end EL2 of a laminate body 100. The planar conductors 21 and 23 are connected by an interlayer conductor 31 near the one end EL2 of the laminate body 100. The planar conductor 21 ans 22 are connected by an interlayer conductor 32 near the other end EL1 of the laminate body 100. With this configuration, it is possible to realize a configuration in which an inductor consisting of the planar conductor 21 and a capacitor consisting of a facing portion of the planar conductors 22 and 23 are connected in parallel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
