PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device comprised of a valve and a pressure container so as to filter contaminated gas.SOLUTION: A valve 10 of this invention comprises a housing 12 having at least one opening part 32a; a plunger 18 slidably arranged in the housing 12; and control mechanisms 62, 20, 14 for moving the plunger 18. A pressure container 24 has an outer surface 48 including at least one opening part 46. The valve 10 is connected to at least one opening part 46 of the pressure container 24. The plunger 18 has at least, the first portion having larger size and the second portion having smaller size.
