PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus comprising devices for monitoring and controlling a plurality of failure factors related to the atmosphere inside the control panel of a machine tool, the devices having a power source independent of the controller of the machine tool and means for communicating the machine tool.SOLUTION: A control panel 100 of a machine tool includes: measurement units for measuring physical quantities such as temperature and humidity relating to the atmosphere inside the control panel 100; adjustment units for adjusting the physical quantities such as the temperature and the humidity relating to the atmosphere inside the control panel 100; and an atmosphere control unit 120 for controlling the atmosphere inside the control panel 100 by controlling each adjustment unit. Since the atmosphere control unit 120 is configured to receive supply of electric power from an atmosphere control power source 160 separated from a machine tool power source 210 which supplies electric power to the machine tool, it is possible to protect various electronics inside the control panel 100 by measuring and adjusting the atmosphere inside the control panel 100 even when the power source of the machine tool is not turned on.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
