PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize detail operation information and provide information useful for a user.SOLUTION: An operation information sending device sends operation information related to operation of a train. As the pieces of operation information, a travel direction, a train number, a kind, an initial station and destination station of each train, a company to which each train belongs, a position, delay time, and a number of people getting on and getting off of each train, are included. A terminal device 2 may be electronic equipment such as a smartphone, tablet, and personal computer used by a user.
