PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting apparatus which uses quantum dots, in particular, green quantum dots and has high luminous efficiency.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device that emits blue light, a quantum dot that absorbs a part of the blue light emitted by the light-emitting device and emits green light and the composition thereof are represented by a general formula (1) A[MMnF]. A KSF phosphor that absorbs a part of the blue light emitted by the light-emitting device and emits red light and the composition thereof are represented by a general formula (2) (x-a)MgO (a/2)ScOyMgFcCaF(1-b)GeO(b/2)MtO:zMn. The light-emitting apparatus is characterized in including at least one of MGF phosphors each absorbing a part of the blue light emitted by the light-emitting device and emitting red light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
