Provided is a liquid nitrogen spray nozzle. The spray nozzle comprises a protective cover and a spray nozzle body. The section of the spray nozzle body is an inverted trapezoid. The spray nozzle body is used for spraying liquid nitrogen. The protective cover covers outside the spray nozzle body and is used for preventing liquid nitrogen from being splattered. The spray nozzle solves the technical problems that liquid nitrogen is easily splattered while being sprayed, the spraying speed and the spraying amount are difficult to control, and fine spraying is difficult to carry out in the process of preparing an ice cream. |
