A method and device for implementing a clustering algorithm based on MIC. The specific implementation process of the method is: dividing an MIC class array and an MIC point array that are determined into one or more matrixes; performing matrix computing on the divided matrixes in a matrix multiplication mode; collecting statistics on the MIC matrix computing result, and when the number of changed points in the MIC matrix computing result is greater than or equal to a preset threshold, updating the MIC class array according to the MIC matrix computing result till the clustering is completed. The device structurally comprises a receiving unit, a dividing unit, a calculating unit, a statistics processing unit and a determining unit. The method and the device improve the computing performance as an MIC coprocessor is used.
