The present invention relates to a device and a method to control a cluster of a vehicle. The device to control the cluster of the vehicle comprises: a sensor unit sensing the states of temperatures of a vehicle, humidity, and illumination intensity inside and outside a vehicle; a driving speed detection unit detecting a driving speed of the vehicle; a lamp state detection unit detecting an on state (ON) wherein a lamp mounted on the vehicle is turned on, and an off state (OFF) wherein the lamp is turned off; and a control unit determining the lamp to be turned on by combining information detected by the sensor unit, the driving speed detection unit, and the lamp state detection unit and turning on the lamp in a cluster to inform a driver of turning on the determined lamp. According to an aspect of the present invention, the device and the method to control the cluster of a vehicle is able to transfer information to the driver using the lamp in the cluster by determining a currently required state of the lamp in accordance with the humidity and the illumination intensity around the vehicle. |
