PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer terminal for a restaurant capable of automatically changing details of service provided by the terminal according to replied details of a questionnaire.SOLUTION: A customer terminal 10 provides service to a customer of a restaurant. The customer terminal 10 includes: an order reception function for receiving an order of the customer; a questionnaire function for performing questionnaire to the customer; and a service provision function for providing different service to the customer according to a reply to the questionnaire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
