PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sensitivities of a magnetic sensor and a current sensor and reduce feedback current and power consumption when used in a magnetic balance system current sensor.SOLUTION: A magnetic sensor comprises: first wiring arranged on a first surface; second wiring arranged on a second surface; and a magnetic measuring element capable of measuring a magnetic field generated by current flowing through the first wiring and the second wiring, and arranged on a measuring plane. The magnetic measuring element is positioned below the first surface, and the second wiring is positioned below an element surface. A first region which is a region in the first surface where the first wiring is arranged, and a measurement region which is a region in the measuring plane where the magnetic measuring element is arranged, have an overlapping portion when the magnetic sensor is viewed in plan view, while a second region which is a region in the second surface where the second wiring is arranged and the measurement region do not have an overlapping portion when the magnetic sensor is viewed in plan view. A first magnetic field generated by first current flowing through the first wiring and a second magnetic field generated by second current flowing through the second wiring increase the amplitude of a magnetic field in a position where the magnetic measuring element is arranged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
