PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce or overcome defects in known reactor device.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a reactor device. The reactor device comprises in inner section: a reactor room defining center region extending in longitudinal direction; a first pulse generator which is arranged in the center region of the reactor room and to which two electrodes A1 and A2 separated with at least a half distance of width of the reactor room when measured in longitudinal direction are arranged in the center region of the reactor room; and a second pulse generator which is arranged in the center region of the reactor room and to which two electrodes B1 and B2 separated with at least a half distance of width of the reactor room when measured in longitudinal direction are arranged in the center region of the reactor room.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
