PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device of a new structure capable of displaying a predetermined shape.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 10 includes: a first electrode 110; a second electrode 130; and an organic layer 120. The organic layer 120 includes: a first region 122; and a second region 124. The second region 124 has a thickness different from a thickness of the first region 122. Light emitted from the first region 122 and light emitted from the second region 124 are mutually different at least in one of color and brightness.
