PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data creation system for sleeper processing, in which the system can create data that are required to replace a sleeper while a measurement vehicle moves on a rail.SOLUTION: A laser scanner radiates a pulsed laser beam on an object while rotating a scanner part 211, and receives a reflected light to measure a distance to the object. The scanner part 211 is disposed so that a rotary cross section S of the laser beam may face the vertical direction. Also, the laser scanner acquires two laser scan data at the same location of the rail 13 by using the scanner part 211 installed at the different two points in the direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of measurement vehicle 2. Among two laser scan data, for one datum concerning a place where the rail 13 becomes a blind spot and a datum of a flange 12 cannot be acquired, a data creation device creates a datum for sleeper processing by using the other datum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
