PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in the prior art by providing a voice recording program, a voice recording terminal device and a voice recording system which allow a user to select a desirable character from among a plurality of characters appearing in a moving image so as to reflect the user's own voice and select voices of other characters from a plurality of voices, and can guide the speed in recording the voices while checking the moving image.SOLUTION: A "voice recording program" of the present invention is a program for recording voices while checking a moving image (including sequentially displayed images in a frame advance), and is provided with a function of causing a computer to execute content readout processing, main voice character selection processing, moving image display processing, recording support processing, and voice storage processing.
