PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multidirectional switch capable of obtaining a satisfactory click feeling even when there is distortion in an operation button or the like.SOLUTION: A multidirectional switch 4 includes: a case including an opening 11a; and an operation button 5 which is disposed in an opening 11a, includes a plurality of operation parts 52a-52d to be pressed, is tilted by pressing operations on the operation parts 52a-52d and conducts an electrical contact provided within the case correspondingly to the pressed operation parts 52a-52d. For example, correspondingly to the operation part 52a, on a first line passing a center of the operation button 5 from the operation part 52a and at an opposite side of the operation part 52a interposing the center of the operation button 5 therebetween, a rib 53a is formed in the operation button 5 and in the case, an abutment part 13 is formed, which is abutted with a distal end of the rib 53a when the operation part 52a is pressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
