1. A universal electronic device comprising:
a housing having a cylindrical sidewall and an upper surface forming a generally hollow interior space; a base portion, wherein the base portion is movable relative to the housing; a central portion having a smaller concentric continuous sidewall than the housing cylindrical sidewall, the central portion being configured to be housed within the hollow interior space of the housing and configured to receive a plurality of technology devices, wherein the central portion defines a cavity configured to receive a hardware central processing unit; a software module enabling communications and data transfer between the universal electronic device and a technology device.
