A material for an organic electroluminescent device represented by the following Formula 1: wherein: X1 to X8 are each independently selected from N and CR1, and at least one of X1 to X8 is N; R1 to R5 are each independently selected from a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 30 carbon atoms for forming a ring, a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms for forming a ring, an alkyl group having 1 to 15 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted silyl group, a halogen atom, hydrogen, and deuterium; L1 to L3 are each independently a single bond or a divalent group selected from a substituted or unsubstituted alkylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted aralkylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted arylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted heteroarylene group, and a silyl group; and Ar1 and Ar2 are each independently selected from a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 30 carbon atoms for forming a ring and a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms for forming a ring.
