PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an organic compound, which can accelerate a reaction of materials.SOLUTION: The method for producing an organic compound comprises: a mixing step of mixing a first liquid and a second liquid which are liquids immiscible with each other; and a reaction step of generating an emulsion of the first and second liquids by irradiating a mixture obtained in the mixing step with microwaves and ultrasonic waves, and reacting a first material contained in the first liquid and a second material contained in the second liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: None
