PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool which can stably discharge scraps even in grooving processing of an inner peripheral surface.SOLUTION: A holder according to one embodiment has a rod shape equipped with a shank part positioned on a rear end side and a head part positioned on a tip side. The head part has: an upper jaw part and a lower jaw part which are positioned at a tip thereof and face each other; an insert pocket positioned between the upper jaw part and the lower jaw part; an inclined first wall surface which extends from an end on one side surface side towards the other side surface side on a top face of the upper jaw part; and a concaved second wall surface which is positioned on a rear end side with respect to the first wall surface, and extends from the first wall surface towards the rear end side; and the second wall surface is depressed towards a central axis with respect to a virtual plane including the first wall surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
