PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method that can favorably implement a domain division of various images.SOLUTION: An image processing system according to the present invention includes: element state computation means that records one of pixels consisting of an image of a processing object or a plurality of constituents thereof as an element state of an element representing each pixel; coupling state computation means that calculates a relation between the elements with reference to the element state of each element, and records a calculation result as a coupling state between the elements; and group state computation means that associates relevant element groups with each other with reference to the coupling state of each element, and records an association result as a group state. The image processing system is configured to: re-express the element state expressed as an initial value by the element state computation means with reference to any of the coupling state and the group state or both states; and thereby, output silhouette information with reference to the recorded group state after being changed to an element state having a peripheral element state reflected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
