PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt for an image forming apparatus that has a coefficient of static friction of at least one of the front face and rear face of as small as 0.2, and has high mechanical strength (for example, high breaking strength, high breaking elongation, and excellent folding resistance).SOLUTION: There is provided a belt for an image forming apparatus formed of a resin film having a single layer structure that includes at least one of polyimide and polyamide imide and fluorine resin particles, where the coefficient of static friction of at least one of the front face and rear face of the resin film is 0.2 or less; the average particle diameter of the fluorine resin particles is 1 μm or less. The content of the fluorine resin particles in the resin film is 0.1 mass% or more and less than 10 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
