PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens or mirror inspection apparatus that can determine the quality of a lens or a mirror accurately, reduce the fatigue of the operator, improve a rate of finding defectives, and is inexpensive, and to provide a lens or mirror inspection method.SOLUTION: A lens or mirror inspection apparatus comprises: a light source emitting coherent light having a wavelength of 400 to 650 nm; light condensation means for condensing the coherent light emitted from the light source; a pin hole transmitting therethrough the light passing through the light condensation means and provided at a focal point of light formed by the light condensation means; and a screen on which the light passing through the pin hole is projected and is provided on a non-image formation surface. An inspection target lens or an inspection target mirror is installed between the pin hole and the screen.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
