The guest room has an electronic lock which is unlocked by a code number. A management server 2 accepts an accommodation reservation for a guest room from a customer all over the world via the Internet 7. At that time, the customer is asked to specify a code number of the electronic lock by the management server 2. The customer settles using a credit card company server 3 when a credit card settlement is selected, and the customer visits at a shop 15 to settle when a convenience store settlement is selected. A settlement completion is notified from the credit company server 3 or the shop server 4 to the management server 2.
