COMPOSITION FOR ENHANCING SKIN TRANSLUCENCY, CONTAINING BLUE COMPOSITE POWDER

Disclosed are: a blue composite powder comprising a plate-like micropowder and a coating layer coated on the plate-like micropowder; and a composition for enhancing skin translucency, containing the blue composite powder as an active ingredient. The composite powder can have effects of an improved natural feeling, glossiness and translucency by reflecting, emitting or amplifying blue light. In addition, the composite powder can exhibit uniform applicability and a uniform interference effect on the skin by delimiting the particle size distribution of a composite powder to 1-16 μm. Furthermore, the composite powder is useful since the composite powder can be used in a cosmetic composition for base makeup, containing the same.
