The present invention provides a method, apparatus and system for converged transmission of packets. The method comprises: distributing received packets to different sending queues according to source and destination IP addresses; and performing joint encapsulation for the sending queues according to a convergence protocol to form jumbo frames and dispatching the jumbo frames. The present invention solves the problems in the prior art of waste of bandwidth resources and low transmission efficiency, and can improve the packet transmission efficiency and the bandwidth utilization. |
