An organic electroluminescent device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first light emitting part located between a positive electrode and a negative electrode, and including a first light emitting layer and a first electron transport layer; a second light emitting part located on the first light emitting part, and including a second light emitting layer and a second electron transport layer; and a charge generating layer located between the first light emitting part and the second light emitting part, and including an N-type charge generating layer, wherein at least one among the first electron transport layer and the second electron transport layer is made of any one of electron transporting compounds represented by chemical formula 1 to 8, and the N-type charge generating layer is made of any one of charge generating compounds represented by chemical formula 9 and 10. Provided in the present invention is the organic electroluminescent device reducing a driving voltage and improving light emitting efficiency.
