PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a straight tube type lamp which eliminates directivity when the straight tube type LED lamp is attached to a lighting device to enable improvement of the workability and reduces component costs and management costs of the lighting device, and to provide the lighting device.SOLUTION: A straight tube type lamp 20 includes a power supply side mouth ring 22 having a pair of power supply pins 25 and a holding side mouth ring 21 having one holding pin 27. The holding side mouth ring 21 has a holding side contact surface 26 on which the holding pin 27 is disposed. A pair of holding side mouth ring protrusions 28 is formed at both side parts of the holding side contact surface 26 which faces each other sandwiching the holding pin 27 therebetween.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
