PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lug rubber removal confirmation device which can visually confirm whether a lug rubber on both side edge parts of a rubber sheet material is adequately removed or not without touching the rubber sheet material during transportation by an operator.SOLUTION: A lug rubber removal confirmation device which is so configured that a free roll is located on a downstream side of a lug rubber removal device for removing a lug rubber formed on both side edge parts of a rubber sheet material in which a textile cloth is covered with a topping rubber, the free roll is brought into contact with a rear face of both edge parts of the transported rubber sheet material, whereby both edge parts of the rubber sheet material are folded to a front side. In the lug rubber removal confirmation device, the free roll is so included that the side of the free roll contacting the rubber sheet material is directed to the downstream side with respect to a line perpendicular to a transportation direction of the rubber sheet material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
