PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin pellet manufacturing method which can reduce a burnt pellet, and a resin pellet manufacturing device.SOLUTION: In a resin pellet manufacturing method and a resin pellet manufacturing device, an extrusion molding die 2 has: a flow-in port 21 into which a molten resin flows; 20 pieces or more and 60 pieces or less of die nozzles 32 from which resins are discharged and which are arranged at prescribed intervals; and a wide width part 24 which is formed in a position adjacent to the die nozzles 32 between the flow-in port 21 and the die nozzles 32, in which a resin flow passage is expanded in a direction in which the die nozzles 32 are aligned as progressing toward a direction in which the resins flow. When a volume between the wide width part 24 and this side of the die nozzles 32 is set as Vcm, and an amount of the resins per unit time discharged from the die nozzles 32 is set as Qcm/sec, a relationship of 1.0Q≤V≤3.0Q is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
